Why this journal exists

I built this journal after realising most planners push us to hustle harder, tick more boxes and call it “success.” That left me and so many of the Flowie girls burnt out and disconnected from what actually matters: how we feel ✨

Inside these pages you’ll set meaningful priorities, send love to the people who matter most and focus on what truly counts. Because when you’re in flow; training, nutrition, relationships, work moves with ease. This journal is here to guide you, page by intentional page 📝

This isn’t a journal for doing more.

After trying so many different journals and prompts, I couldn’t find one that helped me actually feel more clear, calm and focused, so with the help of the Flowness Club girlies I created one that does.

1. Check in with yourself — first thing

This tiny pause raises self-awareness, lifts your mood and sets a grounded tone before the day rushes in.

2. Create your feeling-led game plan

Decide how you want to feel today and list the actions that will cultivate that state.

When your to-dos serve a feeling, they gain purpose and you’re less likely to deter.

3. Send love & set a word

Note who (or what) you’re sending love to, then choose your Word of the Day.

These two micro-rituals nudge you toward compassion for others and yourself.

4. Free your mind

Use the journalling space to brain-dump worries, inspirations or ideas.

Emptying the mental clutter creates room for clarity and creativity.
